it's a nice pic! maybe you could work more in the structure and symetry, so you balance the figure better, and also look for a way to define the hair without rough shading so you'll get a more tidy look to your artwork. I like your line work and the way you catch the manga style. keep it up and practice a lot! you'l get as far as you want!!
